In the event that vendor did not respond for classes not meeting minimum requirement by 25th:
All parents who have registered by 25th will be informed of suspension via email and SMS notification
No deduction will be made
All parents to continue as registered for subsequent month(s)
Suspension of class effectivity will be reflected in the system on the 26th
