When a staff needs help and assistance, he/she has the following options:


Help Widget

In the Staff portal, a Help Widget is dedicated to show FAQs related to Enrichment Programme.


To use the Help Widget:

  1. Once logged in the Staff portal, look for this  on the bottom right corner of the page

  2. Click the Help Widget icon to expand

  3. Search for topics/articles staff wish to read or check


Self Service FAQs

In the event that the staff did not find any answer from Help Widget, a list of FAQs can be found as well in the self service portal.


To search for articles:

  1. Go to https://mfsepsupport.myfirstskool.com/support/home and login using the staff’s NTUC email address and password

  2. On the Knowledge base section, staff will see the FAQs for Enrichment Programme

  3. Use the Search bar to enter keywords


Self Service Ticket Portal

If the above actions did not help find the answer, staff may log a ticket to the Enrichment Programme portal.


To log a ticket:

  1. Go to https://mfsepsupport.myfirstskool.com/support/home and login using staff’s NTUC email address and password

  2. Click on New Support Ticket

  3. Fill in the details. Staff must be specific and give all information so Customer Service Agents will understand the problem quickly

  4. Attach images/files if available

  5. Click Submit


The ticket will be routed to the Customer Service Agent’s queue and will be handled accordingly.
