If a staff wishes to cancel an ongoing class session, he/she may do so by following the steps below.


To cancel a class session:

  1. On the side bar, expand it by clicking  

  2. Click on Enrichment Programme

  3. Click on the Class Management segment

  4. On the Class Management Overview, choose and click a class from the Active tab

  5. Click Cancel Class

  6. Fill in the Effective Month of Cancellation

  7. Fill in the Reason for Cancellation

  8. Click Proceed

  9. Parents to get deducted on the 21st until the last calendar day of the month with the remaining sessions (removing the canceled session).

An email notification will be sent out to the staff upon cancellation. At the same time, parents will receive an SMS notification as well confirming the cancellation of class.


All cancelled classes can be viewed under the “Inactive” tab.


To view the cancelled classes:

  1. On the side bar, expand it by clicking  

  2. Click on Enrichment Programme

  3. Click on the Class Management segment

On the Class Management Overview, click the Inactive tab
